Mouseover on Target Doesn't Show Quest Tracking Tooltip

I have looked over the customer support article and have done all of the suggestions multiple times.

I ensured all addons where up to date; no change. I disabled all addons; no change. I reset all UI settings to default; no change.

I only have this issue on one character that I recently transferred between servers.

Any suggestions would be a great help, trying to quest without the tracking makes the toon almost unplayable.

Make sure the option is checked in your UI.

If that doesn’t work, you can use the following script command.

/console showQuestTrackingTooltips 0

Thanks for your response, but this did not fix the issue.

Somethings I have done since this post:
Attempted what you suggested and followed the article again; no change
Uninstalled/reinstalled WoW; no change
Upon Reinstall I tested with no addons; no change
Tested on other characters and verified settings are the same; no change

This is only an issue for 1 of my many characters.

Sorry, Yager, that should have been a 1, not a 0. 0 turns it off.

Try this:
/console showQuestTrackingTooltips 1

Woah! I was having this exact same problem. Only on one toon; this toon. It’s been going on …… for months & months. Never really bothered me though, but this fixed it! TY so much!

Finally, YES! I also have one character that can’t see it. Been going on for months as well.
