Mouseover macro with modifier

Hello I did look around using google a bit but didn’t really find what I was looking for.

I would like a mouseover macro with modifiers

So with no modifier it casts flash of light on mouseover or target if friendly but also on my self if I don’t have a mouseover or if target is hostile.

With modifier alt I would like the same for word of glory.

I use a pile of the types of macro’s below and do use the odd mouseover macro but would like to use modifiers with those mouseovers. I know there are a few add on that would probably help and I plan to possibly play around with those if I cant get this working.
