Mouse not working after moving between monitors in Windowed Mode

Since 10.1.5 my mouse cursor randomly moves from wow to either a document or other item(s) on the other monitor and either the cursor “freezes” on the screen or it just will not work. When this happens I cannot turn my character like normal. To get rid of the bug I have to restart my computer. This is similar to Mouse sometimes getting “stuck” on button on actionbar when moving cursor between monitors from over a year ago.

I have even tried locking the mouse to the wow window but it is still happening and makes it so I cannot click anything at all.
