I’ve completed all 4 of the reputation achievements as well as the meta, and none of the 6 mounts are in my journal.
The mounts are:
Stormtouched Bruffalon
Bestowed Ohuna Spotter
Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader
Bestowed Trawling Mammoth
Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard
Bestowed Sandskimmer
The Coralscale Salamanther you added to Into the Storm is also not awarded.
They were not mailed to me either.
Yup! Just checked my collection and missing that particular mount as well at this time in-game.
None of my missing mounts were mailed to me as well. So really hoping Blizzard resolves this soon!
I’m also missing both the Bestowed Ohuna Spotter from “Wake Me Up”, and the Coralscale Salamanther from “Into the Storm”. They don’t seem to show up in the mount journal yet. Also don’t have any mail regarding the mounts either haha.
I think this is probably just a weird byproduct of the patch being brand new, and we’ll likely see a fix for it within a few days, but on the off chance this is an oversight, I’mma help bump the thread!
I am missing all of them as well. 
Same issue here, I thought that with the restart, it would be fixed, but no. I do not have them
3 characters got an “Into the storm” notification on login and a mail from the postmaster. These were not my main character that actually got the achievement. It’s possible these characters had parts of it completed but I don’t remember. The mail contained a mystery item with a question mark icon that disappeared when opening the mail. I’m assuming that was supposed to be the Coralscale Salamanther.
The issue is that this item still exists in my bags and bugs the UI of whatever bag it’s in. It doesn’t show an icon but can be moved around. Moving it out of a bugged bag fixes the UI of that bag. I can’t delete the item.
Maybe the other mounts also showed up as mystery mail from the postmaster?
Let’s add the Onyx Netherwing coloring to this list as well. Just completed Now THIS is Dragon Racing! on an alt and the manuscript is nowhere to be found.
Same issue just completed the closing time one and did not receive mount please fix it blizzard
I am missing the mounts from the mounts from the ones I have completed as well. They aren’t even showing up in the mount journal.

I too am having issues with this mystery item, and also thought it was supposed to be the Coralscale Salamanther when I took it out from the mail it was sent in.
I have that. It was automatically given and accessible at the Dragonriding Changer.
At least I assume it’s that. There’s a black option for me. lol
I’ve had the achieve since yesterday and it hasnt shown up in my customization options.
Jarbek here. This is the toon I finished the achievement on just this morning. I only needed to finish a few in the Cavern and The Emerald Dream. Iv logged out, checked mail, went through inv, and its nowhere to be found. I only have the purple and azure colors for my Netherwing at the Rostrum atm.
I just saw the hotfix notes, and despite that I am still missing the mount from Into the Storm and Centaur of Attention, as well as the black scales for the Netherwing drake.
I still do not have any of the 6 mounts I am missing.
I’m having this exact issue as well. I have the invisible mystery item on two characters. I’ve put in a ticket to see if a GM can manually remove it, as it’s bugging out my bag and making all the other items invisible.

Looks like you can summon some of them by doing /cast Bestowed Thunderspine Packleader for instance (similar to the old Mastercraft Gravewing issue from Korthia), though as of this post the Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard is not working that way.
Got mail on an alt who should have gotten the Coralscale, got a questionmark item. logged in later, item was now the mount. learned it, its not in the mount journal and doesnt summon when typing /cast. so…hopefully its there whenever they fix the mount journal
