Mountain Dew Promotion = Cheap Epic Edition

So according to the Mountain Dew promotion.

4000 points gets you the World of Warcraft Epic Edition. That is four 12 Packs of one of the new flavors they are a 1000 points each. Im NOT saying to drink all those. You could buy them and dump them or give them away if you wanted

What I am saying is buying four 12 packs is a lot cheaper than buying the Epic Edition yourself if you haven’t already bought it.

You can see how many points each item is worth here

There is also a mount which is a sick bike! (600 points)

Isn’t that like $30 worth of mountain dew?

Is it really that much cheaper than the difference between base and epic editions?

I made this post for people that are returning to wow and haven’t bought the expansion at all

The Epic Edition is almost $90 dude and no that’s not $30 a Mountain Dew it all depends on where you buy the packs.

One 12 pack is 7$ where I get my Mountain Dew

I just peeked at the prices that came up when I did a search. I don’t typically buy 12 packs of soda so I wasn’t sure.

Yeah that’s $28 bro. Wasn’t far off the mark.

So for basically 28 bucks someone gets the $90 at Epic Edition who hasn’t yet bought the xpax that’s a pretty good deal

That’s why I made this post just kind of to be friendly to returning players

Yeah if you haven’t bought the xpack it’s definitely a killer deal. No argument on that.

Agreed I just hope enough returning players that haven’t bought the expansion yet that are maybe tinkering around in the anniversary event see this post it can save them some cash and in this day and age that’s a very good thing

Depends on where you live. wegmans, an NE chain, sells 3 6 packs for 11 or 2 12 packs for 13.

Sorry if it appeared I came in hating but I was just trying to suss out the difference here.

As far as people potentially returning this would be the way to do it probably.

Some of the bigger packs like the 24 packs are even worth more points so Costco’s an option too.

Basically the overall point was if you haven’t yet bought the expansion this can save you some money

Does anybody have a link to Blizzard or Mountain Dew with the details of this promo?

Not many of Costco’s up here, they are mostly still sam’s club or BJ’s. though those do require a membership to shop there.

Wonder if Restaurant Depot will have any of this lol

Probably more expensive when you factor in the extra they’ll be spending on insulin this month :japanese_ogre:

Like I said in my original post I never told anybody to drink them you can pour them down the drain and you still come out better than buying the Epic Edition outright

I’m just not going to buy them because I don’t drink that swill and I don’t see the need to waste money and throw crap in a landfill to get some pixels I’ll look at once or twice.

I imagine Mt Dew is a regular part of the food pyramid for some people here though, so more power to them.

No FOMO for me, I can just not get stuff.

The tabards are ugly and not interested in the pets.

This is the closest I can get you. But the post has the links you want.

Check the post I listed above. It’s there.

On the promotions page linked in my original post it says one 12 pack of one of the promotional flavors is worth a thousand points
