Blizzard needs to add a step by step quide on how to obtain every mount the game has to offer. And the requirements to get them. For me right now, theres alot thats not very clear on how to get them.
I guess you are not aware that wowhead has a mount guide that tells you just that.

I believe I provided a source of information which is useful right now, as opposed to asking Blizzard which will result in nothing. At least I tried to be helpful. Which is more than YOU, dim bulb.

Pretty sure Blizzard donates to Wowhead and even references them from time to time. It’s as close to official without being a Blizzard owned website.
Doesn’t all Blizzard CS tickets just send you to Wowhead anyways (or front page of FAQ official website cause 404 error)?

Why does it matter who writes it. It has been already written, no need to reinvent the wheel. Use the resources available and get whatever mounts you want.

Blizzards mount journal on retail tells you exactly where a mount drops or what vender sells it.
Wowhead is a 3rd party website and outside of the game. The OP asked for a blizzard source.
Blizzard doesn’t really do guides, but Wowhead does, and Blizzard practically owns them. That’s probably as “official” as it’s going to get. Personally, I don’t know why it matters to you where a guide comes from. If the information is correct, I would argue that is all that matters. Most developers don’t even make guides, meaning third party is the only option.
In case you haven’t noticed dim bulb this is Cata, not retail. So kindly mind your own business and crawl back into your hole. You are not qualified to speak for the OP.

I don’t have to speak for the OP, it’s plain as day what they asked for.
They kind of half a$$ed the mount/transmig section in a way we got the current version of retail in another way its a version of classic. The mount page in retail allows you to see exactly where to get the mount you dont have. Which it looks like they started putting in the cata version and then stopped.
If atlas loot ever gets updated i believe it has a mount section.
step 1 - open wallet
step 2 - swipe credit card
step 3 - buy all the mounts off the bliz store
