Mount not showing up in inventory

I bought the stag from Vilo in zereth mortis and it is not showing up in the inventory for mounts

Might have to play about with the filters. Did you click on the item to add it to the mount collection?

Were you able to find it, Shanae? I can see the Anointed Protostag in your collection so it is there.

its not in my collection so where did you see it?

If you check your armory profile, it is visible in your collection there.

Aye, both Vrak and I are seeing the mount in your account collection so it sounds like there may be a UI or filter issue if you’re not able to see it yourself.

Make sure that all of your filter settings are checked (specifically, the vendor option).

If all of those are checked but you are still unable to see the mount in your collection, then you may need to do a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI.

Please note, this is not the same as disabling addons OR doing a /reload of your UI.
