have a huge problem, every 2 hours, my character when she mounts, the mount will not show up… and i will be running in mid air. the worst problem is when this happens and i fight a mob, my health will not decrease. To solve the problem i have to exit game and close the client and enter again, its really irritating to have to do this every 2 hours, is anyone having this problem? relogging does not seem to work. Please can anyone solve this?

Try out the troubleshooting steps, and report back with your findings if you want to try to work out the issues.
Having the same issue. It does appear to be caused by latency in some areas. Other symptoms include quest log not updating after picking up quests, items in bags don’t update until 30 seconds later, skills on GCD appears to be on even though you can’t actually use it, etc.

Too many people having the same issue for it to be on the user end. It’s either with the game or somewhere in the middle.

Kongou good luck trying to troubleshoot this, too many other people are having similar problems for it to be on your end. Check out this post for more background. Also there’s a huge thread in T/S forum relating to Oceanic, very similar problems. One other reference point you might share is whether these problems started with the 8.1 patch, as many of the reported issues do, including mine.
