Mount missing

Hello. Iogged in today and my Ny’Alotha allseer is missing. I checked emails etc and nothing. No idea why it’s gone. I relogged to no avail. Can a blue please assist?

Mounts, especially just one in particular, don’t tend to go missing.

Is it in your mount list but greyed out? You can try switching up the filters a couple of times in your mount journal to see if it shows up again too.

Did you check your filters to make sure you don’t have something set that removes certain mounts from the view?

It says this mount hasn’t been learned but I was riding it all this week. I’m sure the GM can search my history and see that I have it. Not sure why it’s gone.

While there are no GMs on the forums, it’s possible one of the Support Forum Agents might get a chance to take a look. If you’re referring to your posting character though, the armory also doesn’t show you as having it unlocked.

Just by chance, is it still in your bags and you haven’t learned it yet?

That’s what I don’t understand. I was riding it all week. It was definitely learned. I’m really lost tbh. It definitely doesn’t make any sense.

I’ll put a ticket in with a GM and see what they say. Really bummed right now.

And it was earned on your posting character? Not a different account by chance? Just covering all the bases to be safe

Just mentioning, Blizzard say on their “Missing Mount” support page:

“If you have not already done so, reset your user interface to ensure there are not any out of date addons or corrupted configuration files.”

You might want to give that a try.

Yep! I tagged along with my step brother for a kill because they only had 19 and everyone had the mount so I got it. Was super pumped and rode it all week on this mage. I also won the trinket I’m wearing on the same kill.

Just to check, how was loot distributed? Was your brother the one who gave you the mount?

Yep! He was.

Do you have any e-mails from Blizzard? Does your brother have any e-mails from Blizzard?

Nope! We both checked today. Nothing. We weren’t doing anything shady so idk why we would but we checked just to be sure.

I’m certainly trying to be delicate and not accuse that. But it was a thought that passed my mind. Someone brings in a relative to a mythic raid, then assigns them a mount that someone else may have been expecting.

Just thought it was possible someone reported it, and Blizzard removed the mount.

Absolutely! No offense taken. They all have it already and were short a guy and I know the fight so they said I could come. Totally fair to think that though and I don’t mind haha. GMs can probably also see when they look that I ran some keys with him this past week and all the few weeks prior. He’s family and I didn’t say no

Sounds like you might need to put a ticket in to have it looked into a little further. While your armory does show you running the raid, it doesn’t show the mount unfortunately.

A ticket is the best way to have a GM take a look to see if anything is off. Here’s a ticket option you can use:
