Mount Mania is really cool and would be dope if there was a permanent version that happen once every X minutes. Doesn’t even need a real reward, just like a temporary buff that says you got X mounts matched.

You can also tell a lot of people are enjoying as people are posting funny screenshots to reddit and twitter.

Anyway, I hope this gets through and is read by the design team. Good work on Mount Mania. (Fashion frenzy requires a bit too much engagement and is not nearly as cool as Trial of Style)

Suggestions for Mount Mania:

  • Add more “easy-wins”/“crowd pleasers”. Like Faction-specific starter mounts. Gives newer players some engagement and i dont mind hopping on Pinto Bridle as a player who has been playing since 2007

I agree with this. Not everyone has been playing long enough to get some of the rarer mounts, nor been in a position to buy the shop ones. Just a few simple or easily obtainable mounts would make it more fun for everyone.

100%. I play every other expac or so, level a few characters to max level, run a few dungeons, maybe a battleground. I don’t really have time to do much more than that, but I like keeping up with the game’s story and events. I’ve played Mount Mania three times and haven’t had a single mount match. Feelsbad :confused:

I’d also welcome some easy win-mounts and more mounts from older content. The event seems to lean towards mounts from the most recent expansions in my experience.

Not having an open-air watered down version of the Brawler’s Guild seems like a pretty big miss for the anniversary event. Like it doesn’t have to be as try-hard as the Brawler’s Guild was but it was a pretty unique and special part of WoW’s history that’s now just collecting dust in the sewers beneath the deeprun tram…

It is annoying when the lady drops the Black Qiraji warmount and the Swift Zulian Tiger in the same round.

Also seems to favor Dragonflight and Shadowlands for some reason.

I enjoy mount mania. I am rather enjoying this anniversary event overall, despite all the naysayers.

I like it, only nitpick is the placing. It could be a bit larger, maybe like the fashion frenzy space

me with like 5 mounts lol
idc about them at all but this was a cool
idea since a lot of ppl collect. should have a mog fashion show too while we are at it

I think easy ones are important.

I was really scared to do it, and then I saw the delver mount and was like “I got that one!” I lost, but matched 8, and actually felt good at the end. Makes it feel more fun and like bingo when you feel you have a shot.

A few days ago, I matched 11 mounts. Yesterday, I matched 4.

I did it once and won with 12 of 15 matches.

It was pretty fun.

I’m not an avid mount collector, but I’ve been playing a long time so I have a bunch. Guess I was just lucky with what was asked for.

It’s cool until she uses a mount that you can’t get anymore unless in the bmah that’s already at gold cap during the night it comes out.

Like the black proto drake she used last night…

Best I did was 14/15, only the ancient salamanther I didn’t have. I have around 600 mounts.

Blizzard needs to update the Darkmoon fair to include many of these new mini games.
