I have not played since around Feb of this year. I thought since this toon was Exalted with The Anglers, that I was to get one free token or something in the mail? I have none in any mailboxes. Did they time out of my mail due to me not logging in in so long? Am I out of luck? Super sucks, cause my sub never lapsed…I just never logged in.
Did you have a water strider, either varient? That was the requirement for the item to get mailed. Otherwise, you can buy it from the vendor, as I don’t think having the getting it after the patch affects you getting the token.

If you need to purchase it from the vendor, you need to use a toon that is at least level 100 in order to buy it.
The tokens are account bound however, and can be mailed to any player, of either faction, on your battle.net account.

I’m just bummed I missed out on my free ones.
You might just need to give it a bit. From my understanding mails like these are sent after someone logs in so that it doesn’t degrade after 30 days. It might simply need a bit to catch up. You could also always open a ticket and see if a GM can see anything.

By now they would have degraded as mail and disappeared, i had to make sure i logged onto all the higher level toons i never played, and collected them.
That is what I’m saying… Mail from Blizzard is usually treated differently from player to player mail. We have been told before that these mails are usually not sent out until a player logs on. I’m not guaranteeing that but it is something that could be happening here. It’s why I also suggested a ticket just to be sure.
You would need to have reached exalted and gained level 100 before logging in once the 8.2 patch went live to qualify for the Angler’s Water Striders to be sent via the mail system.
If you didn’t receive them, a Game Master may be able to help. You can also purchase them from Nat Pagle if you wish.

This character is my only one that’s Exalted with The anglers and has been for years. Was this the only one that should have recieved a token? I r confused. And quite possibly dense.

No, it should be any character that was level 100 when patch 8.2 launched. I just checked my account (apparently I haven’t logged into my Demon Hunter since June)… and I had the mail waiting for me. I know he never did Nat Pagle reputation grinds.

Okay, so it seems I was having a display issue. Did a UI reset and now I can see the mails with the tokens on all of my characters that should have one…except…this one. And this is the one that initially got the rep. lol
