To which many, many players responded why does the achievement say “any difficulty” to which they said:
You see where the breakdown was?
The live servers showed it coming from all 4 raid difficulties for months.
Even after the blue poster said normal and we asked is that a mistake or is the achievement changing?
Instead of saying “this was a mistake, sorry for the confusion” they just silently hotfixed it at 4pm CST on a Monday

I mean, they removed LFR from the mount-rewarding achievement a few days before launch. What could they even give in the LFR version? What’s literally even the point of Fated LFR?

They didn’t remove it. For all we know it was never obtainable in LFR in the first place. But yeah as you said, it’s probably too late at this point.

With the XP buff going away tomorrow for retail, with lack of any feedback on any of this is allowing me to take a break until pre-patch is released. I have several accounts and while it’s not that big of a deal, people take breaks all the time, it’s one way I can show I don’t agree with their decision to give the cold shoulder about this and other issues.
I’ve went ahead and pre-purchased a PS5 game I want instead of using it for sub fees.
I’ll have more time to test Alpha and Beta until release, which doesn’t require me to be subbed.

Not even comparable. THis was something that was misadvertized for months and should of been taken care of back then .
Instead they waited until a few days before the season after being asked by a player for confirmation if lfr counted to go no , then waited until the day before to change it.
Messing up an answer on a test and correcting it is not the same as messing up something advertised as one thing but actually being something else.
