Yes! Yes! Yes! I never seriously farmed this mount, but I adopted a “casual” strategy a few weeks ago of checking the 4 Spires of Arak spawn points between my garrison and farming Rukhmar for all my eligible characters. And today it finally spawned at the northernmost point.

Spent most of my time trying to get this Fallen Charger’s Reins since 9.1 launched… I wish everyone all the best of luck in trying for this mount.
My Strat is to spam refresh on LFG Custom with the phrase “fallen up” and get on WM on at Venari, so that u can turn it off easily there… joining a camping group if u decide to chill and relax, else it will be a challenge to your patience.

The mount tab must count your Alliance mounts or something. It’s between 30 to 40 off the actual count for everyone. It’s best just to use your achievement count until you hit 400 then switch to the Secret Discord bot which gives you the count from the removed Statistic page.
Just go to the Collections Bot channel and type (going to use your DK as an example):
