Yes. The BFA dungeon mounts can indeed drop on Mythic +0 and other level keys. I had the mount from the last boss in Mythic Underrot drop for me a while back in a +2 Mythic Key.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to point out that we can no longer track our mount collections in-game since the Pre-Patch dropped. On the statistics page for our characters the “Gear” tab was removed which showed our mount count.
Figured I would post this so you are all aware. Hoping Blizzard restores it soon.
