Calm down. The reply that has you in a tizzy is not seriously questioning whether Grincel is your alt, but is a comment on the fact that you’re the only two people in the thread using the absurd peanut allergy comparison to talk down to other players.
Or some people just like it . . . Like me. However, for those that it causes motion sickness I must apologize as I thought it was for TW not the putrid, cancerous, pestilential m+. For those people, I suggest Dramamine, it works well for me.

As someone who suffers with motion sickness issues I thank you for addressing it. Might you also do somthing about the river of souls in the Maw, its very hard for me to be near it.
