Why did my honor gear revert back to level 1. I had it all upgraded and was doing random BGs. I joined a BG and almost all of it went back to level 1. Please help I dont want to wait 15 days for my ticket to be recieved. I barely have time spent to play and do not want to refarm all the lost honor points.
Posting on the forums is still not going to expedite your ticket. I know it’s frustrating but staff is flooded with tickets due to widespread problems with the release of WotLK. GMs don’t check the forums so you will have to just wait on it. Though, I don’t think you’ll actually be waiting a whole 15 days.
Just going to get a refund on my subscription. Game isn’t any better if it still has bugs like this. Thanks for the encouragement to wait.
Subscriptions
We’ll refund any unused World of Warcraft subscription within 14 days of the purchase.
We won’t refund subscription time lost due to a suspension and/or permanent account closure. For permanent account closures and suspensions longer than 15 days, we will cancel upcoming recurring subscriptions.
If it has been more than 14 days since purchase and you have used the block of time, it is unlikely you qualify for a refund.
As for the issue, while a bug is possible, they also remove rewards from accounts that break rules such as being afk in BGs to farm honor without participating.
Not saying YOU did that, but that is the only time I have ever heard of gear being reverted.
Only been 12 days, but it doesnt let me refund lol. Thanks for the information. Hard to afk doing 1-2+ million healing per battleground. I wish I didnt listen to my huntard friend and play again lol. Not a fun way to return to the game. This is the first weekend I’ve had time to play and now…

If you were actively using that sub then no, it would not let you refund it.
The sub refund is mostly intended for people who forgot to end their automatically reoccurring sub when they were not active. They realize it billed, but have not been playing, and Blizz can help with that. Same with getting a sub, realizing the game won’t even play on your system, then asking for a refund. When you can’t play at all Blizz can usually work with you.
I have told my cats you think they are good girls and the bestest most fluffy babies in the world.
They are about the only beings I have influence with. These two are Willow and Callie. There is a third fluffy grey one too. They are currently relaxing after breakfast and watching birds, or leaves blow by the window.
I think part of what needs to be established it what you mean by “almost all” and what you see and expect to see.
Because all of your gear was purchased within the last couple of weeks I was actually able to search through the logs and find when it was purchased and when it was upgraded. Based on the logs, this is what I see.

Looking at your character, I’m not seeing anything different. Is this what you expect? Do you see something different? If you do, I’d recommend resetting your User Interface.
Otherwise, I can’t find any evidence of a loss. Sorry.
