What is the most active twink bracket currently? Is twinking still worth it or will wrath kill it with the exp gains and even if they let you turn it off it still just forces you to play vs other twinks and greatly increases que times, right?
All brackets are dead, but the Level 19 bracket is the least-dead because of the lowest time-commitment.
LKClassic does not look promising because of the playerbase is several orders of magnitude smaller than the original WoTLK playerbase. So players who expect to level via battlegrounds are likely to be disappointed by the lack of consistent games at all brackets. Splitting the brackets between XPon and XPoff in LKClassic is also a terrible idea, again because of the massive difference in the number of players leveling alts.

ahh sadage i figured oh well at least i can remember when I was a 19 hunter twink back in the day…
You will either pvp at 19,70 or 80.
70-79 is chosen because just like 60-69 many people will try to farm honor before hitting max level and becoming fodder.
Right now 60-69 is dead or near death and the same may happen to 70-79 but not until a later patch.

I’ve definently seen more 19 twinks than anything else, but I think for the most part twinking is non existant right now due to player size.
I plan to be a level 80 twink in wrath, as it will most likely be the most active bracket

I did eye of the storm today and Arathi Basin at lvl 70 and both came up within minutes.

There isn’t one. No LFD and no ability to turn XP off means it’s far too difficult to build a character.

-I never said it wasn’t. I said it was difficult. Simple doesn’t mean easy.
With the XP nerf for dungeon carries, it’d be even easier to twink… you can get a lot more attempts in to get the drops you want.
This is such a lie. 69 is the most active bracket other than 70 and games regularly go until 4 am EST.
They start around 10 am or noon so thats about 14 hours of games daily. If anything activity has spiked with wrath on the horizon. The outlook into wrath is not good obviously. Twinking days are numbered.
If by some miracle xp on/off isn’t split then activity is going to be through the roof. Levelers finally have real incentive to queue.
Yeah, I’ve always enjoyed the 39/49 bracket, but what do DKs do that affect the 49 bracket?
Nothing - that’s the point. Not having to play against Dks is a selling point.
