No disagreeing with you but before firearms, historical images of people with facial scars are not at all common. That said, it seems like in fantasies, no one has any credibility unless their face is damaged. For example, in Warhammer 40K most major characters have grim dark Heidelberg dueling scars dialed to 11.
Subjectively speaking, I think if I came upon someone in a battle and they did not see me, I’d try to hit something vital in the chest or neck rather than slap them in the face with my weapon. I suspect most ancient scars were on the arms (blocking) or the torso. In modern warfare with the emphasis on guns and artillery the face is often the most exposed part of a soldier and there are horrific images of facial and head wounds in this case.
Tail Swipe and Wing Buffet will have baseline changes to reduce their effects and have a shared cooldown (akin to the Goblin’s rocket racials)
The Evoker class will receive a baseline Passive that makes Tail Swipe and Wing Buffet’s cooldowns separate again, and increases their effects, making both abilities effectively unchanged for Evokers
Leaving both available would probably be the better play, since they have slightly different uses and both are still very thematically appropriate for the Dragonlike people.
Two aoe stops, perma slow fall, and soar. Also mastery I guess if you need it. wowhead shows 2.5% mastery, which would be really strong for shadow. Checked in game, it seems to vary by spec. Aug was 0.3%. Dev was 1.5%, pres was 1.8%.
There is no way they aren’t nerfed for non evokers because double jump, glide and 2 additional cc’s available to a majority of classes is going to be a major issue in m+.
I didn’t ignore anything. I missed it. God forbid?
Except I’m not.
And I said:
So there you go. My opinion on how people should treat it. How something should be done isn’t factual information that’s incorrect. It’s my thoughts on how people should do something.
Maybe don’t get so offended next time over someone accidentally missing a post. Sheesh.
We see NPC’s fighting in visage form, or doing complex tasks while in visage form… the player not being able to do it felt more like an oversight or limitation.
But, I don’t really care, I would never play a talking lizard, even if they get more classes unlocked… which, everyone knew they would, but I digress.
