Pretty sure Night elves, Draenei, even Void elves find Humans unattractively repulsive. Good cannon fodder, but that’s it.

Breeding like rabbits isn’t a virtue, unless you’re rabbits.
Failing to do so means, as in not creating mongrel half-elves (which is, I expect, the point here), your species will eventually be bred out of existence entirely.
“Save Night Elves by breeding a race of Half Elves!” is like “Save the Wolves by breeding them with dogs!”
