Today is Saturday. It’s the only time I have to cap. How do you guys cap your conquest points efficiently if thats even possible. I know blizzard wants us to stayed logged into the game as long as possible but I dont. So how do you guys do it to cap your conquest fast?

Weekly rundown- Log in for a half hour each day of the week sit in nazjatar until a supply drop comes, collect it, que a skirmish, win it, log out. When you have more time on a given day do the call to arms quests by signing up to some massive raid and get 100000ms then while there do battle for nazjatar and you’ll be 90% by the weeks end while doing literally almost nothing. At that point you think alright let me find some 3s look in lfg only see caperx sitting in it for 3 hours and think you’ll just get a few 2s wins to cap. Winds up the person has no xp just started the game so you can’t cap after an hour then remember you didn’t do your +10 for the week and that’s more important for gear to do the real arenas you couldn’t do this week but that’s okay you’ll just catch up next week instead.
All at 2.1k of course because dozer 
*note sometimes you can find @Bigbilly in the 2s bracket running in and afk dumping his mmr and collect some free wins / points. Such a gentlemen for allowing imo.

Assaults give you a nice chunk as well. I clear them up in about 15 minutes. Any time they are up. Go for first bg win, and first epic win.

Selling 2s carries at 2k mmr isn’t fun without rank 3 crucible sadly

I got drunk and did a couple Yolo rbgs. After a couple wins I was capped.
Tbh I don’t even remember
But the w/l is there and full cap there too
So I guess that’s a good option

3 yolo rbg wins, maybe a random bg or invasion rq esp if it lines up with another emissary and you get 1-2 boxes done free while doing it
I’m sure someone said it but every assault your get 60 conquest points
That only works if you’re Horde though.
I hear you on that but i capped my ally rdruid this way just have to join a bunch of groups til your on a shard with raids of ally. Or as an alternative sit in kul tiras or zuldazar and wait for one of those instead much easier to get.

PvP Islands, Naz PvP quest + supply drop, daily bg win then a few wins in your highest bracket.
RBGs are theoretically the quickest but some groups take so long to form that I never bother doing it anymore.
