More demon-hunter races please

Draenei and Nightborne demon hunters would make me a happy spacegoat/elf. xD

hey, i want undead druids
will they be add in game, probably not
am i going to whine about it? lolol…no

The fact that they handwaved the Tauren Paladins into existence was a terrible decision that should never be repeated.

The Paladin isn’t some generic everyman class - it’s supposed to have meaning and impact and gravitas. Blood Elves getting paladins wasn’t just predicated on their original ties to the Light and Lordaeron - they made it a huge freakin’ deal for the whole of their introductory expansion, relevant all the way up to the penultimate boss of said expansion.

Now, imagine if the Sunwalkers, hell, the Tauren got that kind of relevance? That kind of focus, development, and exposure. Imagine a major plot line revolving around Tauren identity, culture, religion, characters and development. Imagine that being front and center. Imagine all that would do for, not just the Tauren Paladin, but the Tauren in general.

Well you have to imagine it, because it didn’t happen. The Tauren paladin was justified with a few unvoiced lines from some rando NPC and that’s all they got. Compared to the Blood Knights, they got screwed.

If they’re going to expand the race roster of lore-heavy, non-generic classes, they need to to be willing to put in the legwork. They need to put forth the effort. They need to do it right. Otherwise it just dumps on both the class and the race.

You want Demon Hunters of another race? Don’t just cop out and try to hand wave it. That’s lazy. Answer how. Answer why. Make it big and important and meaningful, because the class itself is supposed to be both.

Give it to any race that can be Warlocks, no Draenei no Tauren.

I think Orcs and Draenei would be the best candidates for that.
Or they add 2 new allied races that can be demon hunters, e.g. Felorc and Man’ari / Broken

While I personally hope they never do this, as it ruins the lore of Demon Hunters for me… I’m sure at some point they may think about it. But it won’t happen until there’s storyline reason for it to happen and will be introduced in a similar manner to how AR DKs were justified into the lore.

Laughs in druid for the first 7 years

No orc
We already know what happens when they get the demon kool-aid

Hit me with it.

Who the heck even needs Illidan at this point? Any demon hunter could train somebody. Heck we retrieved some instructions off of a demon hunter in dark shore down in that lake. It can be written down how to do it rofl. Just like every martial art or school of magic in WoW, it can be studied.

No. After all the insults and blowback DH’s have had to hear over the years …a flat no.

The what now?

Sorry but just like an elevator, our wings do have a weight restriction upon them

Come on! Really?

Ha! That’s a funny one!

Yes, really. Unless you mean the bullying for being melee beast mastery hunters that also have a lot of leech.

Or did.

Pls delete that abomination

LOL

But if they brought Illidan back into the main story and focused it upon another Legion threat, I could see it being opened up to a couple other races. Keep in mind that becoming a DH wasn’t a pleasant experience and most died in the process. It was something the Elves did in a moment of desperation to fight against the over whelming threat of the Legion posed at that time.

That threat really is not longer relevant at this stage.

You must have missed the insults then. No other explanation.

My main is a Bmhunter, lol!

No. Stop ruining my lore and immersion.

Demon hunters were small group of elf’s only
