As per title… unable to race to pandaren on MoP classic.
Was just wondering if the blues here by chance know if its a known issue?

I’m looking to do this too and experiencing the same. Do not recall any previous advice that this wouldn’t be possible - ability to purchase a boost for Pandaren suggests race changes to Pandaren should also be allowed.

I don’t see any information on Pandaren being excluded from being race changed too.
I don’t know if it is currently considered to be a bug, but from what I can find it is currently being discussed. Any changes will likely be made to the relevant Support Articles.

Lets not go there.
This verymuch does appear to be a bug; one of my guild mates was able to race change his Rogue into a Pandaren, and I cannot race change any of my characters to Pandaren, so there appears to be a discrepency between accounts, and not a ‘Terms of product’ thing.

Please double check this, as other paid services are working and we’re getting reports that this seems to be account specific, possibly tied to the date of the token purchase.
Faction Changes are working
85 Boosts are working
Why are race changes specifically not working?

Dont worry, now 85 boosts aren’t working either! 
Unfortunatly vrak. While he can do some amazing stuff that is up to the dev and qa team.

@Lionheart Are any paid services working for you? Supposedly some transactions have to be “fully processed” or they will give you this error.
Of note, however, my Race Change is months old and I can’t race change my 85 Hunter to a Pandaren.
I’m also getting Internal Error when attempting to 85 boost my 13 Pandaren.
I don’t have any personally aside from some race changes sitting around which aren’t working - just from what other reports are saying. Some are saying they can’t use any services so this lines up.

My boost is now working, I haven’t tried the race change yet.
Just as an update/clarification on my previous; my friend sucessfully made a Pandaren when using Faction change, rather than Race Change.
How were you able to change to Pandaren?
i made a ticket regarding this and gm said that it is not possible to race change to pandaren at this time, can only use the boost. they processed a refund of $25 for me

I wonder if this has been fixed after the recent restart
Had a similar issue. Race change on a level 85, pandaren option is greyed out. I reached out to support asking what’s up and was given a refund even after citing the recent blue-post suggesting an investigation. Sad to see considering it was possible to do this in the original release of MoP.
