To be fair, boomkin is also bugged in a positive way that this community is going to hate me for mentioning. But nature’s grace and moonkin form both were coded to give 15% and 5% haste based off the melee haste rating values not spell haste values. meaning we are actually getting 5.81% haste from moonkin form and 18.31% from natures grace instead of 5% and 15%. But hey, I’m all for them actually fixing “bugs” of the class and not just straight up shadow nerfing stuff that makes absolutely no sense to touch.
That being said, boomkin isn’t the only spec/class with these same calculation errors.
Which is nowhere near as significant as the change that was just made. This doesn’t seem to be an issue of authenticity of the original. If that was what mattered we would be snapshotting mastery and blasting in solar right now. I am of course just inferring their intent due to the lack of communication.

Well for a troll druid no, the 4% haste doesn’t really affect you with your racial, you still hit your 5 extra tick breakpoint on your dots for a decent length of time on the fight between racial and lust. However every other druid without that 4% haste will be stuck at only 3 extra ticks with Dark Intent + Natures Grace rather than 4 extra ticks with full BiS Dark Intent + Natures Grace. That 4% extra haste makes up about about 13% Dps difference through the course of the fight. Even more so on multidot fights. where your dots shoot up to your highest damage source.

That’s serious coping. Balance is performing better than 6 other specs and is within 1k dps of spriest/aff locks/demo locks/destro lock/assi rogues/ret paladins. If you look at top performing balance druids they are even beating the above classes in dps(they climbed in performance in the last day btw)…

The lack of communication from Blizzard is what you should be complaining about…your dps doesnt put you at the hyperbolic “bottom dps reee no one will take me”.
Some of you just complain and refuse to actually understand the logs. If feral was skewed by tanking then their upper level performance wouldn’t be so low. Learn to read logs. Be better.
As a demo lock, no, druid dps in general is not at our point. DKs, shamans, and mages? Yeah, they’re up there all the time, but druids in general seem to be quite low. And from looking at the links posted, you seem to just be lying (not surprising coming from you tbh)
It really doesn’t matter what class you play or your perspective. The logs I linked above prove the doom and gloom this thread is lamenting is hyperbolic and silly. The only real reason people should be upset is that Blizzard isn’t communicating changes.

The lie is that they are “middle of the pack”. They are clearly at the bottom when looking on any fight other than 1, and even on that 1, it’s the top players that are middle of the pack.

Upper Boomkin Quartile dps overall: 23,293
Upper Demo Overall: 24,785
Difference of 1,492 dps for OVERALL dmg in the upper quartile over 1 day.
Arcane Mage Upper: 20,239
Difference of 3,054 between upper arcane mages and Boomies.
There is a VASTLY greater distance between top performing arcane mages and top performing boomies than there is between boomies and locks/spriests/shamans. Boomies are middle of the road dps, some fights they are way ahead of other classes. You’ll be fine boomies.

I actually explained how and why Feral dps is reduced, Explained your “mastery stacking” cope theory to be wrong based off LOGS (not a generalized percentile graph btw), the “5 other dps specs lower than balance” are literal meme specs aka BM hunter, frost dk, sub rogue, frost mage, fury warrior, arcane mage, that which for the most part don’t pve, and if they do are people too lazy to swap off pvp spec and most likely have pvp gear on too.
You on the other hand don’t have a CLUE what in the world you are talking about instead just toss out baseless statements like throwing darts at a wall hoping something sounds plausible enough to stick.
