The devs need to decide what type of dps they want boomie to be. Either a rot class or a burst class. Rn they have both and thats the real issue. The armor argument is absolutely hilarious.

boomkin current playstyle absolutely disgusts me, easiest rot in the game to maintain across every player in the arena, chunky burst damage with 0 hardcasting, passively standing there and tanking 50% reduced dam for existing
all this spec pretty much has to cast is clone, which is a literal 1.2 second cast which is easy to juke wit, and even when you do lock it out, lockouts are so nerfed it does not even matter

Is Devastation omega tanky because they have over 1000 more armor than boomkin form? Hard no. Theyâre laughably squishy and frequently trained.
The name of the game is active mitigation, and Barkskin is literally among the weakest defensives in the game. Boomkinâs saving grace in this department is of course Cyclone with High Winds, nothing else.
