Hello I was wondering if moongoose procs for druid tanks? I remember using this enchant at some point in tbc. Googling it yields mixed answers.
Hmm, there’s a chance it does. But then again, there’s a chance it doesn’t.
I know with druids weapon hit effects are always hit and miss.
You are probably better off getting a stat like +25 agility etc. Then maybe save the mats, and when a TBC PTR is up have them enchanted to mongoose and test it out.
Deep insight thanks. I would rather prefer a definitive answer before investing 500g on the enchant.
According to older guides, for druids in cat or bear form, mongoose or any chance on hit enchant will not proc.
Here is one such example:
"Something that many people may not know about enchants for a Feral Druid is that anything that affects your weapon damage (+7 weapon damage for example) or chance on hit procs (Mongoose for example) will not work in Feral forms."
On hit chance doesnt work same way as vanilla +7 weapon dmg enchants work. Really the +25 agility will be your best enchant.
mongoose not for bears
Go for stats over procs. +AGI is nice. Not sure if Savagery carries over in form, or not.
