Argh… how do I pay for 30 days game time with shop balance? I have looked everywhere!
You buy game time, not a subscription.
Subscriptions have to be able to bill again and again, and blizzard balance doesn’t work for that.

I’m afraid you cannot, Ngage. A subscription can only be used with a billable payment method like a debit/credit card or paypal.
Blizzard Battle.net Balance is not billable because it is finite, meaning you have to add to it through the system in order for it to increase. You can purchase blocks of game time through the shop with that balance.
