I too am stuck. I don’t even have a quest. It’s been more than 6 months. My lock is an alt. I probably picked up the quest and didn’t realize what it was and then got sidetracked. The buff from dmf stacks on the anniversary one … I was hoping to lvl him fast.

I abandoned the questline at “When Revenge Burns Green” as well, but going back to the altar it has reverted to normal, no Initiate Oman. I seem to be permanently stuck phased out of being able to interact with DMF, as well as Lord Kazzak in BL for tthe Anniversary event.

I’m here, but Faire is off. It’s the same scenario. I no longer have the quest, and I don’t really know where to pick it back up. I can, however, fish here.
