Monitor Size Preference

Hey guys, just wondering what monitor size you guys prefer for PVP. I started using a 27, coming from a 24. I love the extra real estate, but sometimes I feel it’s a little much. Thoughts?

11" laptop monitor is the best, obviously.

28" is my sweet spot, but tbh my entire UI is basically clustered in an 8" square in the middle

Quest 3 via Virtual Desktop @ the size of a movie theater screen :dracthyr_blob_dance_animated:

24 or 27 is what most pros use I believe.

I’m no pro and enjoy my dual 31.5s personally.

I don’t recommend going beyond 27 if you’re primarily focused on competitive gaming as they surely do strain the eyes sometimes and reduce how efficiently you can process information and react to what’s going on, but 31.5s are top-notch for immersion and visuals

Fake Kennie. Armor isn’t white enough and face is wrong.

I play in windowed mode so i can make the game smaller and see everything without moving my eyes so much

Honestly underrated tech

Literally no such thing as being too big

100% depends on your viewing distance. I use 2 27" monitors and I sit about 2-1/2 to 3 feet from my the screen. I’d go smaller if I sat any closer. Also have a 47" lcd screen above them. Tried playing wow it once. Big nope.

The real one gets that in half a day.

@OP as long as it’s not over 40 inches.

The biggest one you can use, that you don’t need to turn your head to see the edges of.

That’s my general rule of thumb.

I’ve got 2x 31.5" monitors, I like 'em. :woman_shrugging:

I’m a size queen

Anything bigger than 24 is detrimental

24 is best for fps
27 should work for WoW, it might even be a sweet spot at 1080p or 1440p gaming
