Nothing in the game is super complex, healers included. Winning is based on making the least mistakes.
And healers are punished far more for their mistakes, especially when damage is as high as it is. One mistake can cost you the game.

yeah deciding to dispel a shackle instead of hitting a cd can lose you a game if stuff crits. tough game for all healers rn. saving grace is it’s hard to blame us for anything

Yeah. Shackle is one of the biggest reasons for healing sucking this season. They knew no one liked it in bfa, why add it again?
