Unlike most of the Mogu, the Rajani remained faithful to the Titans and their Keepers. They worked for Ra-den until he got tentacled and died. So if something something Titans Together happens, the Rajani Mogu could join us as a force of good.
Classes: All base Classes plus Death Knights. Why? Because Blizz is already working to open all base classes to all Races anyway, so there’s no point in fighting against that. As for Death Knights, it’s pretty much their thing. Any Race that could have died at any point in WoW history before Shadowlands is free DK real estate, and the Mogu qualify.
Faction: Ideally, both. But if that’s not an option I think the Horde is the best alternative, so we can put the “Mogu and Zandalari” band back together
Racials: Who cares?
Why: Because the Mogu are cool, and because they are related to Titans, so it seems like they could be important to the Worldsole Saga. And because they use the Draenei skeleton and animations, which makes it relatively easy to implement. And because Mogu ladies are cute
I always thought they’d be the Allied Race for Pandaren back in BFA when we were working with them like the Golden Lotus and stuff back in Pandaria in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms so I totally welcome them as a playable Allied Race.
Plus we still need Allied Races for Undead, Worgen and Pandaren and they fit the bill.
Long have I wished to prove myself truest of mogu.
Mogu males use the draenei male rig (obs), but the ladies I believe use the worgen female rig. So it’s kind of awkward to pin them down as an Allied race. Also aren’t there canonically only two female mogu? The Twin Consorts, now Twin Empyreans? Or was that retconned in BFA.

Also we can find 5 female Mogu in the game for now. One is dead, one is friendly (Rajani 8.3), two were with Lei Shen and another one is with the Baruk when Mogu assaults are availabled in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (8.3).
Glad to see others with this stance. I imagine this wouldn’t be too big a task to make this race playable - they use Draenei skeletons, the Rajani are a good lore-based way to implement them, and they could have the Quilen as their racial mounts (and hunter starter pets). The biggest challenge would probably be making all the pre-existing armor play nice with the models, and making new features/hairstyles and such.
There might be some who say “Why would the pandaren be okay working with those who once enslaved them?”, which is fair, but there’ve been plenty of additions to the major factions with less-than-noble backgrounds, to say the least - the Man’ari, Death Knights, Demon Hunters… Hell, the Huojin Pandaren are already working with the Zandalari - who were once Pandaria’s boogeymen.
Also, in terms of racials, I’d want one of them to involve turning themselves to stone - which, sure, is essentially the same as the Dwarf racial, but given their similar origins it would be appropriate.
