I bought a shield today from the trading post and I got the anniversary pet. Nothing is showing. Anybody else with the issue? I relogged in and out of game.

What are the item names in question, OP?
Looking at your collections, Europa, you appear to have Lil’Frostwing in your pet collection as well as the Ruby Felfire Bulwark in your Appearances.
Make sure you are looking for the shield on a character that can use one.
If you still don’t see either, try toggling your filter options and/or try resetting your User Interface.
