Mobile banking has disappeared from the general tab in my spellbook for all my characters. All are exalted with guild and it appears in guild perks, but I can’t access it. Tried logging out and in with no difference.
It’s just on my horde guild on Mankrik. My alliance guild on Pagle works just fine…

Blizzard knows about it but seems to just ignoring it at the moment.
Same issue, on Mankrik but Alliance, only member of my Guild to be suffering it as well.

I don’t think blizz cares… I might have to start looking around for a new, unbroken game to play

I also don’t have guild perks on all my characters. I left the guild on one charactere and got the guild perks (go figure). Then I rejoined the guild and lost them again. The character is neutral rep so it doesn’t even matter the reputation level.
This just happened to me on this toon. In fact, several of my toons had it happen a few days ago.
1/2 our guild is affected by this bug now. Including multiple alts.
15 year old game. 
Haste hearth isn’t working either

Looks like all guild perks are broken. No mobile bank, no hasty hearth, no speed boost when dead, and cauldron flasks are only 60 min.
