This was first noticed this week ~3/18 when we went to drop cauldrons and mobile banking for the guild. Cauldrons were reverted to 7 people (which is missing the guild perk Happy Hour) but the Chug-A-Lug guild perk was missing meaning that guild Flasks of Battle were lasting only 1 hour. We went to supplement this out of the guild bank but the Mobile Banking perk is gone. Further confirmed that other perks were missing such as Hasty Hearth as well.
ETA: These are unlocked and we are exalted.
None of my guild perks (Mobile Banking, Chug A Lug, etc.) are working. Can’t drop a bank, battle flasks only give me 1 hour, don’t get the speed boost when dead, etc. I first noticed the issue in raid on Friday night. I have toons in 2 different guilds and it’s the same issue on all of them. Player perks (Fast Track, etc.) are still working.
EDIT: Issue is now resolved without me doing anything(?). Not sure if maybe some GM saw my post and resolved it for me or what. Will update if it breaks again.
Same issue only on my hunter. It was there during darkmoon faire March9th thru the 15th. Noticed it gone today March 23rd

Issue still happening as of 3/23 - No Happy Hour, Chug a Lug, Mobile Banking, etc.
Still broken for all of our guilds on our server (Bloodsail Buccaneers)
Update: Apparently it was not fixed, but for some reason the issue is only affecting 3 of my 6 characters (in 2 different guilds). I have no idea why it would be on those characters only.
My 3 85 priests, 85 mage, 85 hunter, 80 lock, and 85 shaman do not have mobile banks
My 85 dk does have mobile bank.
I love my mobile bank. I look fwd to its (I pray) speedy return. I’m on mankrik server. Just chiming in for more info.
3 characters between 2 guilds w/ rep still intact (Benediction) also DO NOT have guild perks. No mobile bank, increased flask duration, or run back speed (the latter 2 are quite frustrating during raids).
Noticed in during my Wed/Thurs raids. Was still the case last night (Sunday).
Im guess it has something to do with the guild rep resetting constantly. The ability list probably is going though the same thing. I noticed that thread went wildly ignored so I wouldn’t really be surprised if this one was treated the same.
Mobile banking has disappeared from the general tab in my spellbook for all my characters. All are exalted with guild and it appears in guild perks, but I can’t access it. Tried logging out and in with no difference.
It’s just on my horde guild on Mankrik. My alliance guild on Pagle works just fine…

Cataclysm hasty hearth is not working today in game. Yesterday the hearthstone was 15 mins and today its back to 30 mins. This is a huge deal when your leveling and drastically slows down the process.

Most if not all guild perks are not working. Have been for a few days. Don’t think Blizz cares…
10 man flasks are currently only giving 7 flasks, 25 man flasks are currently only giving 20 flasks. Flasks also only last 1 hour instead of 2 with the guild perk.
There’s a widespread bug that’s going around, and it wipes your guild perks. I can’t even use Mobile Banking now.
This has been happening to several of my toons over the past couple days. Up until yesterday, I had all the perks on this toon. Logged into him just now, and they’re all missing.
Maybe it’s in someway related, but not explicitly. I am exalted on various toons and have no perks.
Yuppppp - we are all experiencing half our normal guild flask time and slow runbacks in raid tonight. Super annoying.
