I have an iPhone 7 with the current iOS and my push notifications stopped working. The authenticator still works when opening the app, but this issue just happened from no where.
I have all my notification settings turned on and even deleted and redownloaded the app.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so what worked to fix it?
I had this same issue with my iPhone 7. Once I upgrade to iOS12 the notifications stopped even with everything turned on. My 7 just recently died and I had to get a new phone and I’m having the same problem on the iPhone XS with iOS12. I believe it’s some type of issue with iOS12. I haven’t found a fix, but I did realize that if I got into my notifications settings (where you can choose what kind of banners and such) my battle net Authenticator is not an option anywhere. But it does show up with all my other apps in the settings.
I’m having the same issue after getting a new iPhone. I can go directly into the app to approve but the push notification was so much better.
Anyone know how to fix this??
