MMR should be account wide not only per character

look i know i’m not the best player in the world but why i need to faces these glad people i’m currently sitting to 1700 but all i see is glad, glad, glad, glad and there never ends just yesterday i was against partywaffle a streamer who is really good in pvp who is sitting to the 2300

blizzard you should really consider to put all the MMR for account wide this is really frustrating as a player to be against these people and player will just left the pvp all together if this trend continue SS is a mess, 2s is much or less dead

and the class unbalence to who you are to much slow to tune like for example why buffing lock there sitting in the S tier like afflic are really hard to bring them down you can’t dispell without to eat 50 % of you HP that not normal, and the demo is like a literal zoo who you can’t play against them before to see all you screen riddled with demon npc

i like the game i want it to be fair for all but the special favor certain class have and other seriously need a buff that was asking since the release of dragonflight are to slow and also the feedback we send that you not care that what kill the pvp and people left because of it even my guildie have the same taste as me in the mouth please fix these issues

This is an interesting suggestion… on one hand, acc wide MMR would help keeping higher rated players out of average lobbies… on the other hand, in my case for example, I’m benching my main spec atm due to the participation, mmr and oneshotting issues, and playing another spec with a separate MMR is pretty much my only safe solution to continue gearing the main one atm. We need to incentivize people queuing other specs or different characters somehow IMO, question is how to do so…

Healers esp need more reasons to Q atm

yeah would like that to but blizzard should really take a more serious approach with the PvP and make the pvp available in the PTR and make the tuning along the PTR

all my guildie did left because the rating and the MMR was busted they did get bored to see all these glad that not normal to see a ex glad player to struggle to reach the 1800 while the fight feel like a 2 k fight while we are in the 1700

maybe when microsoft will finalising they bought for activision maybe they will hire more personnal and make the necessary adjustment

ehhh. no thanks. this just means i get pummeled in high mmr lobbies on a new spec im not good at.

what they should do is simple. its quite literally what ppl have been asking for…

the skirmish arena are there for that if you want to train use these instead when you feel enought confident then go rated

because that create unfairness and today it’s not hard to create a new character who the player excel with that same class and kill the low rating again and again and again just to acquire tier set gear due to bad luck on vault or want to prove himself he can kill low rated player

back in cata you did never see a glad be 1600 to 1800 for what i remember that was really rare to see one in low rating and ask yourself why there low participation now in pvp ? the MMR is the problem, player leave because of that same frustration who feel he/she can’t keep up is rating high enough

there need to be more incencitive to bring back these player to pvp if the high rated player keep doing that with the current MMR then the pvp will eventualy die

Bad idea, what will happen to your mmr when you want to play alt? And what will happen to him when you return to Main? You don’t think about it.

You could maybe say class wide, so if you have two of the same class it shares, but even then if you’re undergeared you’ll get tanked.

There is a massive discrepancy between a glad on their main class and a glad on an alt.

like i said skirmish arena are there for that if you want to train before to try rated then go there and when you are confident enought go play some rated arena, if you play a alt then go train in skirmish before to attempt the rated arena the same goes for you main

i not want to play agaisnt these glad i want to play against player who are in the same caliber as me not to get destroyed by mister who have 2600xp and i know i will eat my finger and when i will finaly goes against glad then so be it

my guild did all leave the game because the MMR was busted and much of my guildies now not want to do arena because of it, it’s really not fun when you are 1700 and the guy in front of you is 2200xp

your original take was fried but this justification is even more fried

skirms are a terrible way to “practice” arena. the only benefit to skirms are quick ques, fast games, and maybe a way to practice your PvE rotation

but the difference between a skirm and even a low-level SS is wildly large in terms of positioning, defensive usage, CC, etc. especially for healers

account wide MMR is actually a bad idea and i’m grateful they won’t ever implement it, but this is why we aren’t listened to more often

I will only say, as I said in 1s, you did not deserve your ratings, the rating was artificially high and you believed in yourself, accept it. This situation has spawned a lot of self-confident players who have become too loud and influence the game, which eventually dies because of casual players like you. The game lived when everything was run by an experienced pvp community.

My lock is currently 2k. About 2 weeks ago I played unholy in shuffle for the first time in months and was thrown into a 2k lobby with 2 boomies and a lock. Needless to say I was destroyed every match, gained zero conquest, and probably ruined everyone elses lobby as well. Not a good idea.

Man, when there were ranked arenas, I teamed up with toxic players like me in 3v3 and we didn’t mess with “good” players, so the problem is not with us, but with the blizzard that they mixed us into soloQ.

it’s not you 2 week ago boomkin was to much strong now they get nerf and lock are and will be always be S tier if you was against another class i bet you will win but you was really unlucky with you lobby and in top of that DK need some buff
