0 elite players in shuffle because this archaic system refuses to adapt, and blizzard refuses to communicate literally anything with their playerbase because they can’t stand being wrong
hell, even make the % ranges larger to accommodate more players

yea mostly everyone ive talked to about it is just waiting til the last month of the season to play for easier rewards (if they even play at all)
