There has been several bug reports and tickets placed. It has been months now with no response. The last blue post in the bug forums is from a month back. No matter how long you wait in queue my BG Blitz queue never comes. Zero average time till game. All my other specs and characters besides my windwalker monk can get in at the same mmr. I’m talking 12 hour waits for nothing. I disconnected my first couple games trying to play from a rural hotel last season on the monk and now his MMR is so low he cannot ever get a match to move the needle. I’ve linked similar threads of people begging for help. Can I get some confirmation this has been passed on and at least acknowledged.
Tech Support is a player-to-player assistance area. We aren’t able to look into the workings of the game or relay messages to developers. The proper channel for reporting bugs is Bug Report. There is no need to submit the same bug multiple times or file tickets for bugs (Customer Support cannot assist with bugs or forward them anywhere).
Most bug reports do not receive a response unless the team needs more info from you on how to recreate the issue. I believe this process is explained in the sticky threads of that forum.
