Blizzard has told me to check my UI, but I use the same UI on all other toons. Only my Druid (Malfurek - Illidan (Alliance)) has this issue. It all started when I had to leave a Blitz because I was already in a rated bg group when I accidentally accepted the Blitz que. It says average wait time 0 min 00 sec (none of my other toons have this issue; all can que into BG Blitz fine).
This isn’t my UI but some weird in-game issue. Please fix, as my druid is supposed to be my Blitz character this season…
UPDATE: I tried disabling all addons to see if that would fix it. It didn’t. I scanned game files to see if that would help; it didn’t. I renamed my cache, interface, and WTF folders to end with Old. That did not work. I am still having the problem. UPDATE: Edited the original paragraph to be more clear. I was not in a rated bg instance but a rated bg group. I accidentally accepted the blitz que and left in hopes of continuing my run w/ the rated group (and got the deserter buff/had to leave the group, of course).
Can we please get a response. I literally cannot play my character in blitz. Not the queues are too long but that they have no average wait time and literally will not pop once in an 8 hour day.

Hey man, the only option is for you to que up with a healer so you can get your mmr higher. I had the exact same issue and blizzard is completely clueless. Pretty much told me to wait longer lmao, its actually ridiculous. But that’s not it, just wait until you climb mmr and then go on a losing streak only to have that mmr get tanked and be teamed with players that have no clue what their doing so you’re completely stuck at 1800. My blitz experience has been AWFUL to say the least.
Nah, it isn’t that. My ques work fine on all other MMRs on my other toons. When I and it sounds like the other commenter que, for the affected toons only, it says Avg Wait time 0 00. It does not do that for any of my other toons and the ques pop on those. You could que for 48 hours and a que would not pop on the bugged toons. You could que for 5 years and the ques would not pop. They are unable to.
Did you read the post that was linked above? That is exactly the issue. You have a different MMR for each character, as well as spec. Your MMR (not CR) has dropped so low that there aren’t any other players to create a full game. I que’d for a total of +24 hours across the span of like 4 days without getting a single que. Trust me, que with another healer and it will bring you MMR high enough to get lobbies.
