what are the best pets to tame for MM hunters. I really want a spirit animal but apparently that’s strictly BM stuff. I want a cool pet to tame but I feel like all the cool ones are exotic…
My assumption would be as MM, you want Lone Wolf and not have a pet.
If you must have a pet, in terms of PvP, I would go with a healing debuff one.

You would want a Scalehide for pet tanking, a bat or Nether Ray for the dispel and Bloodlust in dungeons, and a Stag or Crane if Bloodlust is covered. You can also tame a Feathermane for slow fall after you unlock them. This is assuming you aren’t running Lone Wolf.
And no, despite the meme, Sporebats are NOT the best for everything!

It sound like you want a pretty “barbie” type of pet as MM. My suggestion would be:
- Fenryr
- Felbound Wolf
- Son of Xolotal
I mean if I have to look at the pet id like it to be cool looking. maybe a demonic looking pet or just a badass looking wolf or something would do. I was just giving example
There are times where having a pet is fine… like solo content or some single target fights. I usually go Lone Wolf if I’m in a raid because lust is usually covered and I don’t have to deal with janky pet pathing.

mm its all about mastery and haste then crit so in dps pets u want the bobcat from loch modan farstrider lodge area haste like hyena or for tank pet I only use bears

…No they don’t. Wolves haven’t given crit since WoD. Hyenas haven’t given haste since WoD. You’re either trolling yourself or years out of date.
Corehounds grant lust, but so do all Ferocity pets.
Seriously, test it yourself. Log in, look at your crit and haste. Now pull out a wolf and look again. Now pull out a hyena. Or a cat. Your stats won’t change in the slightest, because pets don’t affect those stats anymore. The only stat effects from pets are the spec passives (leech from a Ferocity pet, movement speed from a Cunning pet, max HP from a tenacity pet).
