So I got the Alabaster mount from Blizzard store and I cant find it in my mount collection. I saw it there and I clicked on it and bought it without reading what it was because it looked cool.
Toggle with the ingame filters. Should be a wrapped present.

Was the mount gifted to you, Mcpriest? I don’t show a purchase on this account.
If It was a gift, have the person who made the purchase check to see if maybe their purchase failed.

I am having the same problem…
12/17/2019: Today I received 2 mount (Witherbark Direwing and Skullripper) from doing World quest in Arathi Highland, I click on both of them in my bag and when I went to find them in my mount collection they were not there. What’s going on? Why can’t I find my mounts and why are they disappearing?
I tried putting in a ticket and couldn’t so I am putting in a post here.

I’d suggest playing around with the filters when you have your mount journal open to see if they show up.

No they didn’t, I have done that.
What happens when you type:
/cast witherbark direwing
or
/cast Skullripper
?
The mount should be summoned, because I see them both in your collection.
If the mount is summoned:
- You’re having a display issue.
- Check filters. I know you said you did, but check again. If that’s not it…
- Exit and re-enter the game. If that’s not it…
- Reboot your computer and try again.
If none of this works, try a full UI reset:
If the mount is not summoned:
- Make sure you typed it right, but if that’s not it…
- Then I’m at a loss. You’ll need to wait for a support agent to respond.

Your Armory profile shows both the Skullripper and Withered Direwing in your collection. Are you still unable to see them on your Mounts tab in-game?
I can also seem them in your collection. If toggling your filters off and on doesn’t seem to be doing the trick, I’d agree with Breakbeat. First, try using the /cast option, then try a full UI reset.
