Missing wow account after merge

Hello I had requested my two battle net accounts be merged and was able to be accommodated, however one of my wow accounts appears to be either missing or deleted. Is this supposed to happen during bnet merging or am I missing something? I have looked in the drop down menu on bnet and see a shadowlands account with one set of characters and a second dragon flight account that disconnects me as soon as I log in. Am I missing something here?

Is this in account management or the launcher?

I’d try completely logging out of the launcher, and see if the account list updates.

There’s a trick to clearing your launcher cache, it might help with the account issue you have, but I’ve never heard of moving wow licenses having your exact issue so hopefully it will clear in time.

Thank you appreciate it and will try it. Just wanted to make sure that I should have two shadowlands wow account under one bnet account. Hope my other account wasn’t just deleted.

If Blizz moved one of your WoW accounts from a different battle.net email to your current one that you’re looking on, then yes that account should be showing there in the launcher and through the website here too:
https://account.battle.net/games

Just note that it will likely show up as a new WoW# account. So lets say you already had 2 WoW accounts, then it would likely show up as WoW3.

Hey did your problem got fix ? If yes tell me what you did I got the same problem

You open a ticket and wait for Blizzard to resolve it for you. Ticket times are really long right now so you just have to wait it out until your ticket gets to the front of the queue. Just to note, the excess number of days it states when you open a ticket is not the real time. That is how long the oldest ticket has been in queue. The average time for a ticket is between 1 and 2 weeks currently.
