I recently bought a couple of transmog items this past week from the time walking vendor out of the four i bought only the mount has shown up in my inventory after clicking the items in my bag. My badges were taken but I didn’t get my items.
Try equipping them, if there should still be a note on the item about trading or refunds, they technically are not learned yet, similar to how you learned the mount.
