really Blizzard? after 2 weeks sending tickets from different issues now you said “they went missing” I read you are going down but I thought it was just like “always” you just don’t care about the players. characters that appear “dead” for no reason, restoring item tool broken, clean up bags tab deleting “legendary items” and the worse part… YOU (blizzard) NEVER responded to the tickets and now… they re missing. GREAT!

Bet you submitted them in EU, and ‘gone missing’ was a nice way of not pointing out that you didn’t check the region you submitted them in.
