Missing Ticket

It looks like you purchased the Epic upgrade, which does not include game time, as I imagine you realized based on the other thread you created and your most recent ticket.

Just a quick heads up, Battle.net Balance does not allow you set up a subscription. Only billable payment methods like a credit/debit card or Paypal does. You can set that up through the Account Management page.

I break things up into quotes so that I can take each section to provide an answer. It tends to be easier to focus on various elements that way.

Here’s the thing you are failing to understand, simply because other people may also violate policy does not excuse anyone else’s behavior. You generally wouldn’t get out of a speeding ticket because there were others going faster than you. The person caught and pulled over is the person who they would issue the ticket to. You were reported, the chat violations were verified and action was taken based on the history of the account.

Not that you are at all accurate in your assumption, but my experience with the game is irrelevant. The “everyone does it” isn’t an excuse.

I am sorry that you don’t see any response from your original appeal ticket. I’m not sure how you didn’t receive it, but as I mentioned, it was reviewed and appears to have been upheld. I was simply trying to inform you about it in my previous response. In either case, your second appeal is open still and should be addressed as quickly as possible.

You misunderstand my role here. My job is not specifically to assist you. My role is to provide what advice I can on support related subjects, as I am able to. It is to help provide clarification on policies and actions when I can.

I am certainly not the one that has been untrue.

First, I’m not a Developer, which would very much have a say in how various systems and policies for World of Warcraft work. Second, I do speak for Blizzard to some degree, that is part of my role.

This game is for folks with active subscriptions who abide by our policies. If you choose to ignore those policies, then the penalties that may be applied to the offending account may prevent you from playing.

I am also not targeting you. I am responding to you.

Well, then I wish you the best of luck.
