Hey hey ive been waiting back for a Ticket response for a week. Now the ticket has completely vanished. No email about the responce and ive been searching my archived tickets its not there.
Looks like you had multiple tickets open, and at least one got merged.
As to the issue you are appealing. You seemed to be under the impression this was part of the banwave for nonparticipation recently. It was not.
This was for spamming GDKP advertisements. From what I can see here - these reports seem accurate and the suspension would stand.

spamming like looking in chat for raid memebers? just to clarify? cause i promise you i never spam. These are false reports
It was in Looking for Group - but seemed repeated a bit too often . Anything can actually fall under spam if it’s repeated too often, at too close of intervals.

i understand that, i just don’t see any response but that would make sense if the tickets were merged. Thank you btw for this awesome and quick response i sincerely appreciate it.
Also keep in mind that if you specify that you are looking for buyers only (not saying you are, but some do), some people might consider it a service and report you too. GDKP is a tricky topic for a lot of folks now adays.
It seems to be a mistake the usual punishment for spamming is just account muting i never harassed anyone and i wasn’t actually spamming so you’d think id just get an acc. mute. Mind you this is now day 8 of an unanswered ticket that just got “merged” with another ticket i made about the inconstancy of wait time on tickets.
I think vrak pretty much covered on how it was considered spamming in the lounge.

Mutes are no longer used for chat violations unfortunately. They were found to be ineffective so the punishment is now suspensions. Sorry Jpolnareff

20 days suspension for filling a raid. And if you think im the problem lol logg into a Super server and tell me that banning me for 20 days fixed the spamming problem and isnt targeted trolling. Because it was targeted trolling. Ive done nothing wrong here and you cant say a 20 day ban for “spamming” is justifiable. Quote anything you want.
These 8 days of back and fourth on the forums have been a real drain to me and my mental health. Just wish my favorite game didn’t Ban me for trying to fill raids. and if that’s bannable just mute me and tell me what i did, lol i wont do it again.

There is nothing that can be done by posting in the Customer Support forum. It will not result in any change of your suspension. The Devs who make the decisions on what constitutes spam and how long the punishment should be don’t take feedback and suggestions from the Customer Support forum and the SFAs here are not liaisons with them.

im just saying my appeal hasnt been opened yet and its day 8. but again not blaming anyone quees are high right now. But honestly and truely it has been a drain on my mental health refreshing the ticket page, and just looking on the forums for hope. * which i have found
Not exactly. We did move to silence only penalties for awhile for social violations, like inappropriate chat, spam, etc… As far as I’m aware, that didn’t dissuade additional violations as well as we would have liked. Your first offense is more likely to result in a silence, after that it will usually move to a game suspension.
Other people potentially violating policy doesn’t allow you to, Jpolnareff. The only ones that appear to have targeted you, were the ones that felt you were spamming you message a lot.
It is important to understand that our policies stack. A 21 day suspension for a first offense would be unreasonable for a social violation, but this isn’t your first offense, or even your second.
I did, Jpolnareff. You spammed your message, a lot. In chunks of 4-12 times in quick succession.
It does look like your appeal was answered. I’m not sure why you don’t see a response but it does look like it was upheld.

hey there glad i could get a hold of you, Just bought the Blizzard bundle epic edition and the game time seems to not be included. Id just like the balance added to my Bnet so i can setup a subscription.

It doesn’t matter. It’s not allowed. If others are spamming, then report them too. Help clean it up, don’t add to it.

They literally are the gatekeepers to WoW servers.
Oh, yes they do play and understand. They also understand that it was other paying customers who filed reports for spam. Logs backed that you were spamming. Penalty issued and upheld.
The tone of your post does not come off that way.
If you have a problem with a Purchase you would put in a ticket. You won’t find Billing on the forums.
You are not targeted by anyone other than your realm mates who reported you for spamming. Telling you that it was upheld is not targeting you either - you asked a question and it was answered.
Forum Support Agents are not Developers. It very much is a walled garden where Blizzard has 100% control of who can access it. You can either follow the rules, or not have access.
