Missing sunflare driftmoth

I have an active 12month sub on my account, under my gifts is nothing and I do not have the mount on retail or have claimed it.

Help?

They have until I believe the 29th to get them out to users. I saw a few posts of users who just got them yesterday, so still rolling out.

And just double checking: you have a renewal date right? You said active but in the past people have used that to mean they had time, not necessarily an active set to renew subscription.

Edit: Sent out by July 31st for those on a reoccurring sub.

Oh it might be on active and not renwal as I see a “6 months remaining” above the sub account.

Maybe that’s the reason!

Just in case.

The gift window on the Blizz app sometimes takes a while to load but won’t show anything to indicate that it is loading. If you need help finding it again, its in the account name drop down menu. Mine took a good 30 seconds to load.

Yes, because you do not seem to have it set up to reoccur. If it was, you’d have a renewal date and not an end date. It would also say “6-month reoccurring” on your account management page. That same page will have game time remaining but also say next billing date.

You can reactive it but you will be charged the full price up front, though the time would get added to your current time so you’d have about 12 months of game time.

It looks like you claimed the Sunflare Driftmoth, Atheryus, I show it as part of your collection.

Did you check your filters in your Collection window to make sure nothing is unchecked?

I am also missing Sunflare Driftmoth. I saw an alert on the Warcraft Splash page about a ‘gift’ but didn’t have time to read it. [about a week ago now]. I immediately checked the ‘gift’ icon and my mounts. No show. Got the last one no prob. My account says Subscriptions and Game Time “ACTIVE” AND MAY 27 NEXT BILLING.
What am I missing …. oh the Mount!!

Does anything show up to be claimed if you view the My Gifts section here on the website?

You’re welcome.

On your Account Overview page here on the website, you just hover over your name on the top right of that page and choose My Gifts.

You can access the Account Overview page via direct link here on the website.

You can also access the Account Overview page via the Account link on the launcher.

Can you please see where mine is? I put in a ticket but didn’t get an automated response yet so I’m not sure if it was received. Was hoping that it would appear after reset but nothing. Thanks!

It looks like it was awarded back on the 14th, did you visit the gift link someone posted earlier?

I logged on to BN a few minutes ago and the screen finally loaded allowing me to receive my gift. I didn’t follow the link posted above but it seems like it went through. Servers are down so this is all theory at the moment but it seems ok. Thanks!

same thing happening to me. i claimed it from the gift window popup from the bnet client. cant find it anywhere in game

Did you figure it out, Decca? I can see the Sunflare Driftmoth mount in your collection. Make sure you check your filters as some options hide some mounts.
