on a number of my 70s the starter quests to go to dragon Isles has disappeared. Also on my level 74 who has done quite a few dragon isles quests and has done the introductory quests and went to dragon isles the portal in stormwind to go to valdrakken that is in stormwind does not work, and the portal to go to stormwind in valdrakken is missing. I origionaly took the boat to dragon isles.
Go up to the room above for portal to DI. Alliance… In center up.
Did not look for Horde one.
Best to move this to CS, it’s more moderated, though a response there is not guaranteed.

I’m afraid there isn’t much I can do that I didn’t discuss with you in the first thread, Achomir. Please be sure to submit a bug report if you haven’t already.

Just to follow up on this. In order to unlock the portals you need to have completed the storyline up to the quest “Moving On” on one character on the account. Then it should unlock for all characters level 58+.
I looked through all of your characters that were level 70+ and couldn’t find any that did that quest. I don’t know if your level 74 one is the one you have progressed the farthest on, but I would pick one and complete that storyline.
That is how you get there to start with, until at least one character on the account has completed “Just Don’t Ask Me To Spell It”. While in the Dragon Isle’s your quest guide should indicate where to go next in questing.

so if i get what you are telling me that i need to do the quest just dont ask me to spell it for I can continue on Thundarr and Denrott who lost the quest to go to dragon isles and such as well as the toon Thundarr will never progress in dragon isles as my undead rogue.
