I am missing 1 splintered spark on my main. I just started gearing an alt and have already caught up with obtaining 4 full sparks. My main is stuck at 3.5. A GM told me something along the lines of, “everything looks good from our end”; then where is my spark?? It’s not in my bank, I didn’t delete it and it’s not in my reagent bag. I’ve had this ticket open for like 10 days. Plz halp
THeres not realy much that can be done via forums only via tickets if the GMS are saying u have it and u dont see it id wager its a UI issue hiding it and a full UI reset should make it show up that being said check ur last ticket tickets arent averaging 10 days 1-2 at most.

Thanks for the suggestion. Just tried but still not there.
And yeah the ticket has been “answered” twice but now I’m back to 7 days ETA after reopening. I’ve seen some other posts about the quest “Power Unified” consuming more than 1 splintered spark and I think maybe that’s what happened. Just posting here because I feel like the GM just did not care and barely understood what I was saying.
This is an estimation based on the oldest ticket in the system. Not your personal wait time.

Unfortunately posting here really won’t do anything in regards to GMs and how they operate. This forum is one for players to assist other players. Absolutely no staff beyond our SFAs come here, and SFAs do not answer tickets or resolve issues like yours. The best way you can make your voice heard in your discontent is to make use of the survey you’ll receive when your ticket is closed out. That, or through the feedback/suggestion interface in-game.

No the GMS do care but some times they can only do so much and requires divine intervention aka dev i dont know if this is hte case but im sure a blue will clarify in the morning.
Side note reopening a ticket puts it into a higher que bracket that goes to another GM you wont get the same GM.

There was another thread up recently that you may want to take a glance through. I would advise against posting in it, as it would be necroing an older thread and you’ve got this one already up, but it does have some information in it that may prove helpful?

Hey there! Just wanted to note that that may have been accurate in the past, but times appear to be based on the average time now, not the oldest.
I am missing a spark as well, took 1 day to get a reply, total of 3 days, still not getting mine on my main, and my alt has 4…
If the item is only obtainable once, a GM generally can supply it. If it is something that can still be obtained, like currencies, honor, or sparks, then the policy is generally a GM can not supply it. If you would like to see it changed, you would need to post your suggestion/feedback in General Discussion.
I read that as Vrak meant that the average showing at that time was more accurate than some of the inflated times it tends to be showing? If they have actually changed how that estimation is actually being configured - that part I haven’t seen stated anywhere else to date. Perhaps we’ll get some clarification on that if not this weekend, perhaps this week.
