I am missing a spark fragment. I’ve gotten 2 fragments total in my bags since season start. I did not delete it, it is not in any storage, or my inventory. All my alts had no issue getting 3 fragments. It has been 48 hours trying to get through to a human. I got a bot response telling me to relog? Do better Blizzard
I bet 100% a blue will tell you. Exactly where it is in the morning. Also despite what the nut job streamers are saying all gms are real people not bots.
I have looked everywhere. It does not exist lol. Im expecting another random bot response telling me to do something useless again
I mean a default response of , just relog, isnt a solution lol.
Still doesnt mean its a bot and its never just log.

Did you check your bank? All of your reagent bags? Using the search options and not just looking at the icon that looks exactly like an S3 crest?

From what I can see, Sharpyy, you destroyed it. If I had to guess it looked like you were cleaning out your inventory as there are is a lot of vendoring of items and moving things around at the same time.
I’m afraid this is not something that a Game Master is able to assist with.

So I just never get this one and will be behind a week every reset on spark acquisition? Or is it gonna catch me up thsi week when it sees I can’t make a full spark. Who assists with it if not a GM?

From what I can see, you didn’t “never get this one”, you received it. You just deleted it.
You deleted 6 Splintered Spark of Dreams 5 seconds prior to deleting the Splintered Spark of Awakening, which to me, indicates you were cleaning out your bags and mistakenly deleted that one.
No, the system will not catch you up, as you already received the spark.

I’d never purposefully delete anything. Guess I’m not crafting this week cool. If I did by accident then sure it was an accident, but not on purposed. My timegating is timegated now 
I’m not sure what you mean by “fixed”, Sharpyy. Yours doesn’t appear that it was broken, there wasn’t an error, you deleted one of your Splintered Sparks.
I can’t speak for whatever situation those in your discord may have experienced. I don’t know the facts of their situation

People in a paladin wow discord my in deleted their , an a GM gave it back. They talked to them through a ticket and got a response. I had to come here to get a response.
You guys should add fragments to item recovery as an option. They shouldn’t even be deletable in the first place.
GMs ain’t able to do whatever a player wanted. Much less when an item is deleted and is unrecoverable.
If support would actually answer a ticket, then I wouldn’t have even posted here lol.
The Item Restoration page is unable to restore stackable items at this time. It is something that we’d like to have, but it isn’t able to work like that at right now.
There are very few items that are entirely undeletable. As there have been new versions of the Spark throughout this expansion if they were not able to be deleted you’d have various ones stuck in your inventory. The Developers added a confirmation window for deletion to help players avoid making that error, but it is still possible to do.
