Hello i just finished a Fracture chambers layer 3 on my restoration shaman, i got a lego from last boss and i got Achivment , but i didnt get any soul ashes, i still have my 810 from last week, and i didnt get a mail with soul ashes also…(when i want to go again it still say that i will get 305 soul ashes from layer 3 wich i did already )

Same thing,
I finished Layer 3 of Fracture Chambers, got the Achievement but got zero Soul Ash off boss. Once i left, it looks like i never completed the layer and wants me to re-complete it.

Same thing after finishing Layer 3 Fracture Chambers - looted gold and no soul ash. Logged off for several minutes and nothing in mail, nothing earned. Same issue has been reported on EU forums.

Add my name to the pot here of the growing number of people who completed level 3 of Fractured and got no Soul Ash off final boss. Just a heaping pile of useless gold. I tried logging out hoping that it would be awarded to me (per hotfix patch notes) but did not receive it.

Just had this happen to me today as well. Completed Layer 3 of Mol’tregar, looted a legendary power, but did not get any Soul Ash. At least the instance is going to let me try again, but I don’t really want to waste another hour only to have the same thing happen again.

I have also encountered this problem today. Layer 3 and no rewards of any kind even after logging of multiple times

same thing, add me to the list. tried to put a ticket in but they basically said they werent gunna give it to me because theres no way to track whether or not i actually did it. even though i have the achievement and the kill progress for other acheivements. im getting frustrated

Same here, Fractured chambers level 2. Got gold. No ash, and shows I didnt complete it.

Same thing with me and my guild mate. Fractured Chamber layer 3, looted gold no ash. Submitted a ticked and they told me they can’t do anything.

Same here on layer 3, what I want to know is if we run it again will we get the soul ash or is it just really broken right now.

That’s my biggest concern. I did it solo and it doesn’t take an insignificant amount of time. I didn’t time it but I believe it was closer to an hour. I don’t want to waste another hour in there if it’s still just going to be broken again.

after week 2 if you did everything that rewards soul ash you should have 1420 soul ash. I did everything yet I only have 1235. Im missing 185 which means i wasnt rewarded the loot from level 2 and 3 for one of my runs.
ALSO
Did the boss disappear for anyone after it was killed and were unable to loot it and no mail was sent? This happened to me.

im confused as well just finished a lvl 3 and just got gold , i did torghast on another char and capped but on an alt…im sure im not done any torghast this week
there is no way to track the cap of the week on the UI …thats makes 0 sense
Has anyone whom was affect by this re-ran theirs? I’m not trying to waste all that time to get nothing again. I would love to hear if anyone had any better luck.
I did rerun my layer 3 Mort’Regar after this (4 times since fury warriors can’t do a lot of bosses) And got my soul ash/completion.

Just did layer 3 mort’regar and only received 185 soul dust in total which I looted from the last boss. I did loot all the other bosses and mobs with no previous layers completed. Tried re-logging several times like their support notice says without anything happening. Reward screen told me I would get 120+220+305=645 ash. Torghast is boring af and when I actually force myself to do it for ash I don’t even get my reward. Good job blizzard.
